Hey y'all, hope your weekend was good :)

This morning I trapped a lizard in tupperware and scooted him out the door. As soon as we got out there he flipped over and, how I choose to see it is, played dead. Made me want to bring him right back in and teach him some other tricks. Seriously, it was very convincing. Very.

So later I was crafting, trying to make these little flowers to put on a wreath, and knocked onto the floor an entire, brand new, full-to-the-brim container of the smallest straight pins you've ever seen. They'll be finding their way into my feet for years to come. They are everywhere. I never drop things. Almost never. But when I do it's usually something small and really hard to pick up. Once I dropped an entire case of rainbow sprinkles when I worked at the ice cream shop. Sprinkles. A case of them. At least that was colorful and almost cheerful. Pins are menacing when by themselves on the floor.

Later I went to Peter and Sherry's for dinner and met the puppy who looks like a cross between a mop and a bear. Very very very cute :)

I can't wait to see y'all Sat. Please let me know what to bring, how to help, when to come, what to do...

Love you to pieces!!
Karen

If the pins are made of steel (not stainless steel), use a magnet to pick them up. :)
